Shipping policy

Our company aim is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service. Due to high volume of orders and pandemic, please expect 3-5 days for Metro Manila, 4-7 days for Luzon, 6-15 days for Vizmin area.

Successfully placed orders are verified and prepared within 24 to 72 hours , after which your order will be delivered to your designated address. This will be processed by our fulfillment team from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.

We deliver nationwide, with the exception of some areas outside of our logistics partner’s delivery zones.
